Έχω κρετανινη 4 πρέπει να ξεκινήσω αιμοκαθαρση

Καλημέρα σας δεν καταλαβαίνω τι θέλετε να μάθετε.Δεν αναφέρετε αλλά στοιχεία άντρας,γυναίκα,ηλικία,ιατρικό ιστορικό (πρόβλημα υγείας δηλαδή).Χρειάζεται να επισκεφτείτε Νεφρολόγο να κάνετε και άλλες εξετάσεις ένα υπέρηχο νεφρών και εκείνος θα κρίνει αν χρειάζεται να κάνετε αιμοκάθαρση ή όχι.Καλές γιορτές.Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Από μόνη της η κρεατινίνη δεν είναι ένδειξη για αιμοκάθαρση. Σχετίζεται με το φύλο, την ηλικία, τα συμπτώματα που μπορεί να έχετε και τις συνοδές επιπλοκές της νεφρικής ανεπάρκειας. Θα το συζητήσετε με τον Νεφρολόγο σας. Πάντως ακόμη και αν δεν χρειάζεται να ξεκινήσετε αιμοκάθαρση, θα πρέπει να συζητήσετε με τον Νεφρολόγο σας την προετοιμασία που πρέπει να γίνει ώστε να ενταχθείτε σωστά σε τεχνητό νεφρό
