Είναι πιθανό το θετικό αποτέλεσμα e-coli στα ούρα μωρού να είναι λανθασμένο;
Καλησπέρα σας . Έχω ένα μωράκι 4,5 μηνών . Πριν από μία εβδομάδα ξεκίνησε να κανει κενώσεις με αρκετή ποσότητα βλέννης . Μίλησα με τη παιδίατρο και κάναμε γεν+καλ ούρων και κοπράνων. Βρέθηκε θετική η καλλιέργεια ούρων με e-coli 60.000 μονάδες. Η λήψη του δείγματος έγινε με σακουλάκι . Κάναμε μια επαναληπτική η οποία βγήκε πάλι θετική αλλά αυτή τη φορά με 40.000 μονάδες. Θα ξεκινήσουμε procef. Η κλινική εικόνα του μπέμπη είναι καλή . Κανένα σύμπτωμα πέραν των βλεννοδωνκενώσεων. Η ερώτηση μου είναι εάν υπάρχει πιθανότητα το αποτέλεσμα να είναι λανθασμένο . Επίσης υπάρχει περίπτωση λόγο της βρεφικής του ηλικίας να έχει προκαλέσει ζημιά στα νεφρά του ; Έχω ήδη κλείσει ραντεβού για υπέρηχο νοκ παρόλα αυτά.
