Είναι φυσιολογική η κρεατινίνη 1,23 μετά από εγχείρηση νεφρού;
Ο γιος μου 38 ετών, έκανε πριν 2 χρόνια εγχείρηση στο αριστερό νεφρό λόγω στένωσης αριστερού ουρητήρα, εκ γενετής, και έγινε πλαστική. Και από τότε η κρεατινίνη είναι 1,23. Τίποτε άλλο ανεβασμένο. Είναι φυσιολογικό; Μόνο για λίγους μήνες μετά την επέμβαση είχε φτάσει στο 1

Καλησπέρα σας, αν η κρεατινινη ήταν ανεβασμένη από πριν και επειδή η στένωση αριστερού ουρητήρα είναι από γέννηση σε μεγάλο ποσοστό πιθανόν ότι βλάβη έχει γίνει δεν επανέρχεται σε φυσιολογικά πλαίσια καλό θα ήταν να τον παρακολουθεί ένας Νεφρολόγος ώστε να σταθεροποιηθεί η κατάσταση και να μην εξελιχθεί από απροσεξίες σε νεφρική ανεπάρκεια.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα.Καλή συνέχεια και Ευχαριστώ πολύ
