Είναι φυσιολογικές οι τιμές ουρίας και κρεατινίνης για άνδρα 70 ετών με ένα νεφρό;
Είμαι άνδρας 70 ετών. Από τα 25 χρόνια μου είμαι με ένα νεφρό λόγω ατυχήματος. Η ουρία μου είναι 56 ή η κρεατινίνη τώρα τελευταία 1,59. Είμαι υπερτασικός και έχω προδιάθεση ζαχάρου. Είμαι 95 κιλά και έχω ύψος 1,70μ. Παρακαλώ γνωρίσατε αν οι τιμές είναι φυσιολογικές. Ευχαριστώ.

Καλησπέρα σας,έχετε νεφρική ανεπάρκεια με νεφρική λειτουργία 43% για να έχετε ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα πρέπει να επισκεφτείτε νεφρολόγο να κάνετε εξετάσεις και ένα υπέρηχο νεφρών και οποιαδήποτε η πίεση σας να είναι 120/80 γιατί είναι παράγοντας επιδείνωσης της νεφρικής ανεπάρκειας και φυσικά να χάσετε βάρος γιατί αν εμπλακεί και σακχαρώδης διαβήτης θα είναι επιβαρυντικό.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα.
