Είναι ανησυχητικές οι διαστάσεις νεφρών με πολυκυστική νόσο;
Έχω πολυκυστική νόσο νεφρών. Στο τελευταίο υπερηχογράφημα οι διαστάσεις των νεφρών ήταν ΔΕ 14,26-6,79-6,08 και ΑΡ 14,5-6,5-6,39. Είναι ανησυχητική η εικόνα τους; Έχει σημασία το ότι είχα πιει πολύ νερό και οι κύστες είχαν διευρυνθεί;

Οι κύστεις δεν διευρύνονται από το νερό που πίνετε. Μιλήστε με τον νεφρολόγο σας για ενδεχόμενη ογκομέτρηση και ένταξη σε ειδική θεραπεία

Καλησπέρα σας το μέγεθος είναι μεγάλο αλλά έτσι κι αλλιώς είναι αναμενόμενο σε πολυκυστικους νεφρούς αυτό που χρειάζεται να ελέγχεται είναι ουρία,κρεατινινη ,μέτρηση νεφρικής λειτουργίας GFR και φυσικά να σας παρακολουθεί νεφρολόγος οπωσδήποτε.Δεν παίζει δυστυχώς ρόλο αν πίνετε νερό δεν μεγαλώνει ο νεφρός από αυτό αλλά από το ότι πληθαίνουν οι κύστες και ταυτόχρονα μεγαλώνουνε και αυτό δεν σταματάει μέχρι να καταλάβει όλο τον νεφρό και στα δύο.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα και Ευχαριστώ πολύ
