Άνδρας 81 ετών, κρεατινίνη 3.07, ουρία 146, υπέρταση ρυθμισμένη, ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια 3.86, αιμοσφαιρίνη 11.6, αιματοκρίτης 35.9, μικροαλβουμίνη ούρων 13.6. Χρειάζεται αιμοκάθαρση?

  • Καλησπέρα σας,δεν είναι ακόμα για αιμοκάθαρση αλλά είναι στο προτελικο στάδιο χρειάζεται προσοχή η νεφρική λειτουργία είναι περίπου 20% βέβαια με μια εξέταση αίματος μπορούμε να γνωρίζουμε την ακριβής λειτουργία.Ο ασθενής πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να παρακολουθητε από Νεφρολόγο ώστε να καθυστερήσει όσο γίνεται την είσοδο του ασθενούς στο τελικό στάδιο που αυτό σημαίνει αιμοκάθαρση.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα καλή συνέχεια και Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
