Τι να κάνω αν το μεγάλο νύχι στο χέρι έχει σηκωθεί και μελανιάσει;

Βάφω συνέχεια τα νύχια μου και ένα από αυτά το μεγάλο νύχι στο χέρι έχει σηκωθεί έχει σχηματίσει κενό από κάτω και ως την βάση του νυχιού έχει γίνει μελανό τι μπορεί να είναι και πως το αντιμετωπίζω;;;;
