Τι να κάνω για εύθραυστα νύχια με μύκητα παρά τη λήψη βιταμινών;
Παρακαλώ τι μπορω να κανω,εδω και 3χρονια σπαζουν τα νυχια μου απο την ριζα,ειναι μαλακά&άχρωμα,διαφανα σαν χαρτι Δεν κάνω ημιμονιμο,δεν εχω θυροειδή,ουτε ελλειψη σιδήρου&παιρνω d3,&πολυβιταμίνη Και εδω &2εβδομάδες,ειχα πονο σε ενα νυχι&τελικά ειδα ξαφνικά εμφανιστηκε μήκυτας σε δυο νύχια Το καταλαβα απο την αλλοιωση Ειχα παει &σε δερματολογο,για την ευθραυστότητα αλλά μου εδωσε d&σιδηρο,αλλά δεν βοηθησε Ευχαριστώ
