Πόνος και κράμπες στο λαιμό δεξιά κατά το ξύπνημα αντιμετώπιση;

Έχω πόνο και κάτι σαν κράμπες στο λαιμό δεξιά συνήθως όταν ξυπνάω από ύπνο. Όταν το νιώθω σιγά σιγά να έρχεται παλεύω με αυτό πιέζω σε εκείνο το σημείο και προσπαθώ να μην κάνω κάποια απότομη κίνηση όμως τις περισσότερες φορές δεν τα καταφέρνω και τελικά καταλήγει να με πονάει στο σημείο σαν κράμπα για μερικά δευτερόλεπτα.
