Καλημερα ειμαι 45 χρονων και εχω σοβαρο θεμα με τον υπνο αρκετα χρονια δηλ οταβ νυσταξω θα πεσω για υπνο αλλα μετα απο μια ωρα ξυπναω και αυτο συνεχιζεται καθολη την διαρκεια της νυχτας με αποτελεσμα να σηκωνομαι ανα δυο ρες τι μπορω να κανω
