Δυσκολεύομαι πολύ να κοιμηθώ τα βράδια. Το 2-3 τη νύχτα ειναι νωρις για μενα. Κάποιες νύχτες δεν κοιμάμαι καθόλου. Ομως αφού καταφέρω να κοιμηθώ, κοιμάμαι καλά και ήρεμα, 8-9 ώρες αδιάλειπτα, χωρίς άλλα προβλήματα. Και ξυπναω καλα κσι ξεκουραστη. Το πρόβλημα ωστόσο ειναι ότι δεν μπορω να ακολουθήσω τους φυσιολογικους ρυθμούς της καθημερινότητας (ωραρια, ραντεβού κ.λπ.) Ετυχώς ειμαι συνταξιουχος, και δεν χρειαζετσι να παω στη δουλειά, αλλα και πάλι υπαρχει προβλημα στον προγραμματισμο των δραστηριοτήτων μου και την ανταπόκρισή μου σε αυτές. Υπαρχει σχετική θεραπευτική αγωγή;
