Νευραλγία τρίδυμου: Πιο ισχυρή θεραπεία για 80χρονη μητέρα;
Η μητέρα μου (80 ετών) υποφέρει από νευραλγία τρίδυμου (άνω γνάθος και μάτι). Παίρνει neurontin 400mg τέσσερις φορές τη μέρα, cymbalta και εδώ και 5 μέρες σφαδάζει από τους πόνους! Πήγαμε σε ιατρείο πόνου και της έδωσαν αρχικά Τραμάλ, 20 σταγόνες 4 φορές τη μέρα αλλά δεν έκαναν τπτ. Μετά της έδωσαν Dellis 5+325. Ούτε αυτά έπιασαν. Τι να κάνω; Υπάρχει κάτι πιο δυνατό ή πιο στοχευμένο στη νευραλγία τρίδυμου;
