Υψηλά ηωσινόφιλα και λεμφοκύτταρα σε παιδί 13 μηνών: ανησυχία;
Καλησπέρα . Κάναμε εξετάσεις αίματος του παιδιού μου, 13 μηνών, ως μέρος γενικού τσεκάπ. Βρέθηκαν υψηλά ηωσινοφιλα 6.8% και σε απόλυτο αριθμό 0.51 K/μl . Αυτή η τιμή ήταν με έντονο μαύρο. Χωρίς να είναι έντονες οι τιμές , ουδετερόφιλα 20%(χαμηλα), λεμφοκύτταρα 67%(υψηλά). Έχουν σχέση μεταξύ τους αυτές οι τιμές και επίσης επειδή διαβάζω πολλά και ανησυχώ , αυτή η αύξηση στα ηωσινοφιλα μπορεί να είναι κακή; Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Υψηλά ηωσινόφιλα μπορεί να υποδηλώνουν αλλεργία, λιγότερο πιθανό σε αυτή την ηλικία παράσιτα (στα κακά του παιδιού), υψηλά λεμφοκυτταρα και χαμηλά ουδετεροφιλα σε αυτή την ηλικία είναι φυσιολογικό (αυτός είναι ο φυσιολογικός τύπος λευκών στα παιδια τα πρώτα χρόνια της ζωής τους). Μιλήστε με τον παιδιατρο που παρακολουθεί το παιδί σας και συζητήσετε τις ανησυχίες σας μαζί του. Πιθανώς θα παρακολουθήσει τα εργαστηριακά και ίσως ψάξει αν υπάρχει αλλεργικό υπόβαθρο στο παιδί. Ο ίδιος όμως που ξέρει το παιδί θα κρίνει αν υπάρχει λόγος να ψάξει κάτι παραπάνω.

Να γίνει επανάληψη σε δύο εβδομάδες, αν πέρασε πρόσφατα κάποια ίωση μπορεί να οφείλεται σε αυτό.
