Αυξημένη HbF και ανωμαλίες λευκών αιμοσφαιρίων σε βρέφος ενός έτους

Καλησπέρα σας, έκανα γενικές εξετάσεις αίματος στον ενός έτους γιο μου... Όλα τα αποτελέσματα βγήκαν φυσιολογικά και εντός των ορίων εκτός από τα παρακάτω: Αυξημένη HbF 3,8 με τιμή αναφοράς κάτω του 1,8 Πολυμορφοπύρηνα 10,4 με τιμή αναφοράς 40-75 Και λεμφοκύτταρα 82 με τιμές αναφοράς 35-65 Ο παιδίατρος δεν ανησυχεί, ωστόσο θα ήθελα μια δεύτερη γνώμη

  • Η HbF δείχνει μία προδιάθεση ίσως για στίγμα, να επαναληφθεί μετά τα 5 έτη. Τις άλλες τιμές δε μπορώ να τις αξιολογήσω χωρίς τον απόλυτο αριθμό των λευκών αιμοσφαιρίων, αν πέρασε πρόσφατα ίωση ίσως εκεί να οφείλεται το χαμηλό ποσοστό πολυμορφοπυρήνων, σίγουρα χρειάζεται επανάληψη μετά 2-3 εβδομάδες
