Ανησυχία για λευχαιμία σε παιδί με λευκά αιμοσφαίρια 14000-18000;
Όταν είναι ανεβασμένα τα λευκά σε παιδί 14000 με 18000 εδώ και χρόνια, με τους τύπους τους σε φυσιολογικά όρια, υπάρχει φόβος για λευχαιμία;

Δεν είναι φυσιολογικό, αν μόνιμα είναι τόσο υψηλές οι τιμές. Να δει ο μικροβιολόγος στο μικροσκόπιο τη μορφολογία των λευκών. Λευχαιμία μετά τόσο πολύ καιρό θα είχε δώσει επιπλέον συμπτώματα. Φαντάζομαι να έχει εξεταστεί το παιδί από Παιδιατρο.

Όταν ο τύπος είναι φυσιολογικός και δεν αναγνωρίζονται flags στον αναλυτή, και καθως παράλληλα οι υπόλοιπες αιματολογικές παράμετροι είναι φυσιολογικές η πιθανότητα λευχαιμίας είναι εξαιρετικά απόμακρη
