Πρησμένοι λεμφαδένες στο λαιμό μετά από ίωση: Καρκίνος;

Καλησπέρα γιατροί. Έχω εδώ και ενάμιση μήνα έχω πρησμένους λεμφαδένες στο λαιμό και γενικά πονόλαιμο μετά από ίωση που είχα περάσει. Είχα πάει σε ωρλ και μου είχε δώσει agumedin αντιβίωση για δέκα μέρες. Έχω κάνει υπέρηχο τραχήλου και ενώ είναι διογκωμένοι είναι οκ μορφολογικά και με σαφή όρια. Επίσης έχω κάνει εξετάσεις αίματος δύο φορές και είναι φυσιολογικές. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι καρκίνος? Πρέπει να κοιτάξω κάτι άλλο?
