Πόσο ανησυχητικά είναι τα αποτελέσματα υπερήχου για κυστικό σχηματισμό λαιμού;

Καλησπέρα..πριν 4 μήνες είχα λοίμωξη του αναπνευστικού..μετά πρηστηκε από αριστερά στο λαιμό ο λεμφαδένας μου είναι μαλακός ..έκανα υπέρηχο κ μου βρήκε ατρακτοειδης λεμφαδένα με εμφανή λιπώδη πύλη έως 1.37 καθώς και ωοειδής σχηματισμός με ομαλά σαφή όρια σχετικά μεικτής ηχογενειας 1.78*1.52 ο οποίος είναι πρωτίστως συμβατός με κυστικό σχηματισμό χωρίς εμφανή αγγειωση.τι σημαίνει αυτό??να ανησυχήσω?
