Λεμφοκύτταρα 48,2 σε 19χρονο με οικογενειακό ιστορικό λευχαιμίας: ανησυχία;

Καλησπέρα σας. Σε πρόσφατες εξετάσεις του γιου μου, ετών 19 (χωρίς να είναι άρρωστος) τα λεμφοκύτταρα είναι : 48,2 Κοίταξα παλαιότερες 2022 :46,7 Τον 12ο/2023 :43,7 και μόνο τον 9ο/2023 ήταν μέσα στα όρια : 39,4 Πιστεύετε πως δηλώνουν αιτία ανησυχίας και πρέπει να ερευνηθεί λεπτομερώς; Σημειωτέον πως υπάρχει ιστορικό λευχαιμίας στην οικογένειά μου.( η γιαγιά μου και ο θείος μου). Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
