Είναι οι διογκωμένοι λεμφαδένες από κύστη κόκκυγος σε άνδρα 32 ετών;

Καλησπέρα είμαι άνδρας 32 ετών έχω μια μικρή ενόχληση στον λαιμό σαν αρχή φαρυγγίτιδας και διογκωμένους λεμφαδένες και στις δύο μασχάλες εδώ και μια εβδομάδα έχω κάνει αιματολογικές και τα ουδετερόφιλα είναι στο 46.20 και τα λεμφοκύτταρα είναι στο 43.30 με ταχύτητα καθίζησης 26 mm στη 1 ώρα και αιματοκρίτη 43.7 έχω ζαλάδες, και πονάνε πολύ τα χέρια μου από τους ώμους μέχρι τις παλάμες επίσης έχω και κύστη κόκκυγος, υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι από την κύστη διογκωμένοι οι λεμφαδένες?? Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
