Διογκωμένος αριστερός τραχηλικός λεμφαδένας 2 εκ. χωρίς λοίμωξη: ανησυχία;
Καλησπέρα. Εδώ και 2,5 εβδομάδες έχει διογκωθεί ο αριστερός τραχηλικός μου λεμφαδένας. Είναι σκληρός και άκαμπτος από την ψηλάφηση, και πονάει ελαφρώς στο άγγιγμα. Ο υπέρηχος έδειξε ότι έχει διάμετρο περίπου 2 εκατοστά, και ότι υπάρχουν και άλλοι διογκωμένοι λεμφαδένες στην ίδια μεριά. Δεν έχω κάποιο άλλο σύμπτωμα, ούτε πέρασα πρόσφατα κάποια λοίμωξη. Είναι ανησυχητικά τα ευρήματα;
