Διογκωμένοι μεσεντέριοι λεμφαδένες λόγω πρόσφατης γαστρεντερίτιδας;
Καλησπέρα. Σε υπέρηχο άνω κάτω κοιλίας, βρέθηκε παρουσία λίγων, μικρών και ελαφρά διογκομενων μεσεντεριων λεμφαδένων, ο μεγαλύτερων εξ αυτών 1,56 x 1εκ.Σε τι μπορεί να οφείλεται; Δεν έχω κάποιο σύμπτωμα, παρά μόνο πριν 2 βδομάδες που είτε κάτι κόλλησα, είτε από κάποιο αλλοιωμένο τρόφιμο (κοτόπουλο) όπου για ένα 12ωρο είχα συνεχείς εμετούς και εξάντληση. Από την επόμενη μέρα ήμουν καλά. Αιματοκρίτης σταθερά ελαφρά χαμηλός εδώ και χρόνια (35-36 συνήθως). Πιστεύετε οι λεμφαδένες είναι από αυτό που πέρασα πριν 2 εβδομάδες ή υποβόσκει κάτι άλλο; Αν ναι, τι μπορεί να είναι; Χρειάζεσαι οπωσδήποτε αξονική, έτσι;
