Θολή όραση και κούραση ματιών με γυαλιά μυωπίας: είναι φυσιολογικό;
Καλησπέρα σας, εδώ και 4 μέρες κυρίως όταν φοράω τα γυαλιά της μυωπίας μου που τα φοράω όλη μέρα, βλέπω θολά όταν κοιτάω οθόνες ειδικά όταν βάζω π.χ. κοντά το κινητό και νιώθω ένα αίσθημα κούρασης στα μάτια. Πήγα σε οφθαλμίατρο και μου είπε ότι έχω κοπιωπία και μου είπε να ξεκουράζομαι αλλά δεν βλέπω καμία βελτίωση. Είναι φυσιολογικό να έχω ακόμα κάτι τέτοιο ενώ έχουν περάσει 4 μέρες; Μπορώ να κάνω κάτι;

Ναι υπάρχει τετοια περίπτωση.Εαν η ηλικία σας ειναι κοντά στα 40 ετη τοτε αρχιζουν τα προβλήματα της πρεσβυωπίας και θα χρειαστείτε αλλά γυαλιά για υπολογιστη και κοντινες εργασιες

Αν υπάρχει κάποια ξηροφθαλμια και ποια είναι η ηλικια σας

Θα μπορούσατε να χρησιμοποιήσετε κολλύριο με τεχνητά δάκρυα προκειμένου να ενυδατώνονται σωστά τα μάτια σας διότι λόγω πολύωρης χρήσης της οθόνης ξεραίνονται
