Ιδιοπαθής θρομβοπενική πορφύρα και laser αποτρίχωση: είναι ασφαλές;
Καλησπέρα! Έχω ιδιοπαθή θρομβοπενική πορφύρα και αποφάσισα να ξεκινήσω laser αποτρίχωση, με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη του αιματολόγου που με παρακολουθεί. Μετά τη 2η συνεδρία, εμφανίστηκαν στις κνήμες κίτρινα σημάδια. Δεν εκτέθηκα στον ήλιο και πριν τη συνεδρία, είχα κάνει εξέταση αίματος και τα αιμοπετάλια ήταν σε φυσιολογικά επίπεδα. Η δερματολόγος, μου είπε να μην ξανακάνω και ότι ευθύνεται η πορφύρα γι' αυτό και κανονικά δεν έπρεπε να έχω κάνει καθόλου, ενώ ο αιματολόγος μου είπε ότι δεν υπάρχει κανένα θέμα. Έχω μπερδευτεί, διάβασα στο ίντερνετ ότι έχει συμβεί και σε άλλα άτομα, χωρίς να έχουν τη δική μου πάθηση. Τελικά μπορώ να ξανακάνω ή όχι;

Η δερματολόγος πιθανώς μπέρδεψε την ιδιοπαθή θρομβοπενική πορφύρα με μια άλλη νόσο που λέγεται πορφυρια και έχει αντένδειξη η έκθεση στον ήλιο και φυσικά το laser. Ο Αιματολόγος σας έχει δίκιο δεν υπάρχει αντένδειξη σε ασθενείς με φυσιολογικά αιμοπετάλια και διάγνωση ITP (ιδιοπαθή θρομβοπενική πορφύρα). Μάλλον θα πρέπει να αλλάξετε ινστιτούτο laser 😉
