Είναι φυσιολογική η χαλάρωση κοιλιακών μετά από λαπαροσκοπική επέμβαση;
Τέλος του 2022 έκανα αφαίρεση του σιγμοειδούς λόγω εκκολπωμάτων λαπαροσκοπικά. Πριν 38 ημέρες επίσης λαπαροσκοπικά έγινε αφαίρεση τμήματος του τυφλού λόγω σωληνώδους αδενώματος, αφαιρέθηκε τμήμα λεπτού εντέρου 10 εκ. και 12 εκ. του παχέος όπου ήταν αναδιπλωμένο με τη σκωληκοειδή απόφυση. Ο πόνος περιορίστηκε σε ένταση αλλά δεν πέρασε ακόμη. Διαπίστωσα πως οι κοιλιακοί μύες έχουν χαλαρώσει και η αίσθηση είναι πως έχω πτώση μήτρας και ουροδόχου κύστης, κυρίως σε ορθή θέση. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να οφείλεται στη διάταση με τη λαπαροσκοπική; επίσης αισθάνομαι μεγάλη εξάντληση και η πίεση είναι χαμηλή. Συστολική 105, 109, 108 ο γιατρός δεν δέχεται ότι υπάρχει (ξεχείλωμα) μυών από τη λαπαροσκοπική. Θα ήθελα παρακαλώ και τη δική σας εκτίμηση. Σας ευχαριστώ
