Καλημέρα σας!έχω στους μηρούς ακριβώς πάνω από τα γόνατα καπ σαν σβωλαρσκια όπως το τυρί cottage τα οποία είναι κάτω από το δέρμα και διακρίνονται περισσότερο όταν καθίσω όρθια σου ένα καθρέπτη και ρίξω επάνω τους πλάγια φωτισμό πχ ενός φακού η εάν είναι μέρα πλάγιος ηλιακός φωτισμός. Μια φαρμακοποιός μου είπε πως είναι κατακράτηση και όχι κυτταρίτιδα και δεν καταλαβαίνω ποια η διαφορά;και αν είναι κατακράτηση τι πρέπει να κάνω;
