Χρειάζεται χειρουργική αφαίρεση για καλοήθη βλάβη στο δεξί μηρό;
Γεια σας! Έχω μια κύστη κάτω χαμηλά κι ο γιατρός μου έγραψε υπέρηχο μαλακών μορίων ο οποίος έδειξε καλοήθη συμπαγή βλάβη υποδόριας στο άνω έσω τριτημόριο του ΔΕ μηρού διαστάσεων 16.3 ×6.9 ×8.4 χιλ. 1η πιθανή διάγνωση αιμαγγείωμα 2η πιθανή διάγνωση επιπλακείσα σμηγματογόνος κύστη. Τι συστήνετε χειρουργική αφαίρεση ή μπορεί και να μη χρειάζεται εφόσον δεν προκαλούνται ενοχλήσεις. Σας ευχαριστώ. Με εκτίμηση.

Συνιστώ χειρουργική αφαίρεση και βιοψία προς αποφυγή μεγέθυνσης και/ή φλεγμονής και σίγουρη διάγνωση μέσω της ιστολογικής εξέτασης
