Μπορώ να ρίξω νερό στην πληγή μετά από επέμβαση κύστης κόκκυγα με laser;

Καλησπέρα σας! Έκανα επέμβαση κύστης κόκκυγα με laser πριν από μία εβδομάδα και ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι από σήμερα μπορώ να κάνω μπάνιο και πρέπει να ρίχνω άφθονο νερό εντός της πληγής. Από το περιβάλλον μου όλοι με αποτρέπουν να ρίξω νερό εντός και μου συστήνουν να χρησιμοποιήσω μόνο φυσιολογικό ορό για τον καθαρισμό της. Εσείς τι μου προτείνετε;
