Πονάω από κύστη κόκκυγος μετά από ταξίδι και οδήγηση - χρειάζομαι χειρουργό;

Καλησπέρα, μάλλον έχω πάθει κύστη κοκκυγος. Έχει πρηστεί όλη η ουριτσα μετά από πολύωρο ταξίδι με αεροπλάνο και πολλές ώρες οδήγησης. Πονάω απίστευτα και δε μπορώ ούτε να κοιμηθω. Παίρνω χάπια και αλοιφή αλλά γίνομαι χειρότερα. Βρίσκομαι στην Κολομβία και αναρωτιέμαι αν χρειάζεται να επισκεφτώ γενικό χειρούργο η πρωκτολογο χειρούργο
