Τι σημαίνουν άτυπα κύτταρα χωρίς καρκίνο μετά από κυστεοσκόπηση και κυτταρολογικές σε 36χρονη καπνίσ

Η ερώτησή σου “Είμαι 36 ετών και 20 χρόνια καπνίστρια, έχω 1 χρόνο συχνοουρίες, πριν ένα μήνα είχα 2 μέρες αίμα μου το είδα και φάνηκε και στα ούρα περίπου είχα κάνει και αξονική για την συχνοουρία και ήταν καθαρή, τώρα έκανα κυστεοσκόπηση βγήκε καθαρή και έδειξε τριγωνίτιδα, έκανα κυτταρολογικές και φάνηκαν κάποια άτυπα κύτταρα μου είπαν όχι για καρκίνο αλλά φοβάμαι τι σημαίνει άτυπα κύτταρα αλλά όχι καρκίνος?

  • Δε σημαίνει απαραίτητα κακοήθεια καθώς η ατυπια μπορεί να οφείλεται σε φλεγμονές από λίθους η μικρόβια , ακόμα και στο σκιαγραφικό τησ αξονικης αν έχει προηγηθεί λίγες μέρες . Καλό θα ήταν κάποια στιγμή εντός λιγων μηνών να επαναλάβετε τις εξετασεις ούρων και αν επιμένουν τα ευρήματα ίσως χρειάζεστε κυστεοσκόπηση με αναισθησία βιοψίες ουροδόχου κύστης και λήψη εκλεκτικων κυτταρολογικων εξετάσεων από τους ουρητήρες .
