Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι μετά από αιματουρία και δυσουρία από 1200mg nisaid για τενοντίτιδα ώμου;

Είχα μια τενοντίτιδα στον ώμο και ο γιατρός μου είπε να πάρω 1200mg nisaid ημερησίως. Μετά από 2 εβδομάδες έκανα λίγη αιματουρία το είπα στον γιατρό και το σταμάτησα αλλά ακόμα δεν πάω συχνά να ουρήσω. (η αιματουρία σταμάτησε άμεσα) πρέπει να κάνω κάτι άλλο ή απλά περιμένω πίνοντας νερό να φύγει από τον οργανισμό το φάρμακο? Δεν έχω πρήξιμο
