Πόνος στο μεγάλο δάχτυλο ποδιού με πρήξιμο και κόκκινο χρώμα μετά από χρήση αθλητικών παπουτσιών, τι

Εδώ και μια εβδομάδα έχω πόνο στο μεγάλο δάχτυλο του ποδιού. Ήταν και κόκκινο και λίγο πρησμένο για μια μέρα. Χρησιμοποίησα fucidin νομίζοντας ότι ευθύνεται πιθανή ονυχομυκητίαση. Το είδε μια ποδολόγος και μου είπε ότι δεν έχει κάτι τέτοιο, ούτε κάλο και θεωρεί ότι έγινε από παπούτσι (Φοράω μόνο αθλητικά) Δεν έβαλα παπούτσι για 5 μέρες αλλά ο πόνος συνεχίζεται στο κάτω και έξω μέρος του δαχτύλου. Τί να κάνω;;;
