Μπορεί να υπάρχει επιθετικό στέλεχος HPV μετά από ASCUS και καθαρή κολποσκόπηση;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 34 ετών σε σχέση μονογαμική εδώ και 8 χρόνια. Το αποτέλεσμα του τεστ ΠΑΠ μου πριν 6 μήνες ήταν ASCUS για πρώτη φορά, ενώ κάνω χρόνια τεστ. Η κολποσκόπηση ήταν καθαρή και το PCR combas δεν έδειξε κάποιο στέλεχος του ιού, ούτε η καλλιέργεια έδειξε κάτι εκτός από λίγους γαλακτοβακίλλους. Τις 2 δόσεις του εμβολίου τις έκανα πρόσφατα. Θα μπορούσα να έχω παρόλα αυτά κάποιο επιθετικό στέλεχος του ιού? Αναμένω να κάνω επαναληπτική εξέταση αυτές τις μέρες.
