Τι σημαίνει θετικό τεστ Παπ 3α μετά από αρνητικά αποτελέσματα;

Καλησπέρα, έκανα πριν ένα μισή χρόνο τεστ Παπ και ήταν αρνητικό, έκανα πριν 3 μήνες HPV τεστ για όλους τους τύπους και ήταν αρνητικό και το τεστ Παπ χωρίς αποτέλεσμα και επανέλαβα το τεστ Παπ πριν ένα μήνα και βγαίνει θετικό 3α. Γέννησα πριν 6 μήνες. Τι μπορεί να σημαίνει αυτό και τι θα ήταν καλό να κάνω;
