Τι να κάνω μετά από thin prep pap test με ενδείξεις HPV και LGSIL;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 29 ετών και έκανα thin prep pap test και έβγαλε τα εξής: αρκετά επιπολής πυκνωτικά κύτταρα, πολλά διάμεσα κύτταρα, λίγα μεταπλαστικά κύτταρα, αρκετά ενδοτραχηλικά κύτταρα, αρκετά πολυμορφοπύρηνα, αρκετά ερυθροκύτταρα και αρκετά κολποβακτηρίδια doderlein. Στη διάγνωση αναφέρει αλλοιώσεις φλεγμονής. Στην κατηγορία Cin αναφέρει hpv αλλά χωρίς Cin I, Cin II και Cin III και στην κατηγορία SlL(Bethesda system) δεν αναγράφεται ούτε Low Grade Sil ούτε High Grade Sil. Τέλος στις παρατηρήσεις αναφέρει λίγα κυτταρικά στοιχεία ενδεικτικά HPV- LGSIL και σύσταση για επανέλεγχο μετά 6μηνου. Τι χρειάζεται να κάνω τώρα; Η γυναικολόγος μου ζήτησε να κάνω κολποσκόπηση με βιοψία, έλεγχο για ΣΜΝ, DNA hpv test, το εμβόλιο του HPV και να πάρω βιταμίνες και κολπικό gel. Έχω σταθερή σχέση και κανείς από τους δύο δεν είχε ποτέ άλλον ερωτικό σύντροφο. Ευχαριστώ.
