Να ανησυχήσω για HPV Ομάδα Β με αρνητικό ΠΑΠ και CA 125 6,90;
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 54 ετών και μετά από γυναικολογικό έλεγχο, βρέθηκα θετική στον μοριακό έλεγχο HPV και συγκεκριμένα σε στέλεχος που συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην Ομάδα Β (). Το ΠΑΠ τεστ βγήκε αρνητικό και ο καρκινικός δείκτης CA 125 με τιμή 6,90. Η γιατρός πρότεινε να επαναλάβω τις εξετάσεις αυτές σε 6 μήνες. Να ανησυχήσω; Μήπως να κάνω άμεσα κολποσκόπηση αντί να περιμένω το τέλος του εξαμήνου; Μπορώ να έχω σεξουαλική ζωή, πάντα με μέτρα προφύλαξης; Ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Δεν χρειάζεται να επαναλάβετε τις εξετασεις πιο νωρίς. Κανονικα πρέπει να επαναλάβετε τεστ παπ και HPV DNA test σε ενα χρόνο. Το ca 125 δεν έχει καμία χρησιμότητα για τη λοίμωξη από HPV.
