Μπορεί χαμηλού βαθμού αλλοίωση HPV να γίνει υψηλού κινδύνου;

Καλησπέρα σας! Είμαι 31 ετών και πριν 7 μήνες περίπου το τεστ παπ μου έδειξε χαμηλου βαθμου αλλοίωση λόγω hpv. Δεν έχω κάνει hpv test , τότε μου ειχε πει ο γιατρός ότι καλο θα ήταν να έκανα και μια κολποσκοπηση δυστυχώς λόγω κάποιον θεμάτων δεν έκανα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχει γίνει υψηλού κινδύνου η καρκίνος; Μπορεί να εχω κολλήσει και τον σύντροφο μου κονδυλωματα;; Έχω αγχωθεί πολύ σας παρακαλώ απαντήστε μου

  • Κατ αρχάς θα πρέπει να κάνετε ένα καινούργιο Pap test , και εφόσον υπάρχει ΗPV αλλοίωση θα πρέπει να κάνετε Κολποσκόπηση .Είναι πολύ μικρή η πιθανότητα να γίνει σοβαρού βαθμού δυσπλασία σε τόσο μικρό χρονικό διάστημα ,μπορεί να μεταδοθεί σεξουαλικά .
