Πρέπει να πάρω αντιβιοτικά για ουρεόπλασμα και φτωχή κολπική χλωρίδα;
Καλησπέρα σας είμαι γυναίκα 25 χρονών θέλω να εκφράσω μια απορία σε καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού ανεύρεση ουρεοπλάσματος>10.000 και σε φτωχή κολπική χλωρίδα πρέπει να ληφθεί άμεσα αντιβιοτικό αγωγή? επιπλέον όταν υπάρχει προδιάθεση υποτροπιαζουσών μυκητιάσεων τι γίνεται σε αυτή την περίπτωση (δεν ανευρέθηκαν μύκητες βέβαια) Εντωμεταξύ είχα κάνει σε άλλο εργαστήριο πριν 1μιση μήνα καλλιέργεια ξανά επειδή φοβόμουν για μύκητες και είχε βγει καθαρή. πως γίνεται σε 1μιση μήνα μετά χωρίς ερωτικές επαφές να βγει αυτό το αποτέλεσμα?

Καλησπέρα. Μην ανησυχείτε. Το ουρεόπλασμα είναι ένα μικρόβιο που πολλές φορές ζει φυσιολογικά στον κόλπο χωρίς να προκαλεί πρόβλημα, οπότε δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι «κολλήσατε» κάτι πρόσφατα. Μπορεί απλώς να μην είχε φανεί στην προηγούμενη καλλιέργεια. Αν δεν υπάρχουν ενοχλήσεις, δεν χρειάζεται πάντα αντιβίωση άλλα η απόφαση εξαρτάται από τα συμπτώματα και την εκτίμηση του γιατρού σας. Όσο για τις υποτροπιάζουσες μυκητιάσεις, ακόμη κι αν τη στιγμή της εξέτασης δεν βρίσκονται μύκητες, δίνουμε περισσότερη έμφαση στην πρόληψη και στη φροντίδα της χλωρίδας.
