Μπορεί μια κατάκοιτη γιαγιά 100 ετών με κολπική μαρμαρυγή να πάρει σαλοσπίρ;

Καλησπέρα σας, σας ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο που παίρνετε για να μας απαντήσετε.. έχω μια γιαγιά που είναι εκατό χρονών είναι κατάκοιτη και δεν μπορεί να περπατήσει ούτε να πάει στο νοσοκομείο διότι έχει ασθενές ανοσοποιητικό. Δεν μπορεί να πάρει αντιπηκτικά (εντολή γιατρού) και έχει μαρμαρυγική κολπική μαρμαρυγή, μπορεί να πάρει το σαλοσπίρ;
