Πώς να καταλάβω αν ο πόνος και το φούσκωμα στην κοιλιά οφείλονται σε στομάχι ή έντερο με δυσκοιλιότη

Καλησπέρα!!Έχω πόνο και φούσκωμα στο στομάχι αλλά και πονάκια δεξιά και αριστερά στην κοιλιά όπου σε ένα σημείο δεξιά πιο πολύ όπου αντανακλά και πίσω στην πλάτη μου. Έκανα υπέρηχο όλα καλά και εξετάσεις αίματος για αμυλάση όπου είναι καλή. Ο Παθολόγος μου έδωσε μόνο ένα χάπι για το στομάχι. Πως μπορώ να καταλάβω αν είναι το έντερο ή το στομάχι. Έχω και δυσκοιλιότητα.
