Έχω κνίδωση, τα αντιισταμινικά δε με καλύπτουν πια. Τι να κάνω;
Καλημέρα σας. Έχω διαγνωστεί με κνίδωση εδώ και 2 μήνες, παίρνω αντιισταμινικά, πήγαινα σχετικά καλά, αλλά εδώ και 10 μέρες φαίνεται να μη με καλύπτουν τα αντιισταμινικά, είμαι συνέχεια φουντωμένη. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να συνήθισε ο οργανισμός μου τα φάρμακα και να μη λειτουργούν πια?;

Καλησπέρα σας. Συχνά η χρόνια κνίδωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στη συνήθη θεραπεία με αντιισταμινικά. Ωστόσο, θα πρέπει να επισκεφτείτε κάποιον ειδικό αλλεργιολόγο αφ' ενός για την διερεύνηση των πιθανών αιτίων της χρόνιας κνίδωσης και αφ' ετέρου για την τροποίηση της αγωγής σας, δηλαδή είτε αύξηση της δοσολογίας της αντιισταμινικής αγωγής είτε την προσθήκη πιο εξειδικευμένης θεραπείας, αν δεν υπάρχει ανταπόκριση στα αντιισταμονικά.
