Εξάνθημα στο μέτωπο με ερυθρότητα: είναι τσίμπημα ή κάτι άλλο;
Γεια σας. Εδώ και 2 μέρες έχω βγάλει ένα εξάνθημα σαν μικρό καρούμπαλο με ερυθρότητα που φαίνεται να είναι τσίμπημα αλλά δεν είμαι σίγουρη. Είναι στο μέτωπο. Ξεκίνησα σήμερα κρέμα fusidic δεν έχω φαγούρα ή κάτι άλλο. Τι μπορεί να είναι;

το εξάνθημα που περιγράφετε στο μέτωπο μπορεί να οφείλεται σε τσίμπημα εντόμου, αλλά θα μπορούσε επίσης να σχετίζεται με κνίδωση, αλλεργική αντίδραση ή τοπική φλεγμονή. Το γεγονός ότι δεν έχετε φαγούρα είναι θετικό, όμως η χρήση αντιβιοτικής κρέμας (fusidic) χωρίς σαφή διάγνωση ίσως να μην είναι απαραίτητη.
Η σωστή εκτίμηση γίνεται μόνο με κλινική εξέταση, ώστε να αποφασιστεί αν χρειάζεται τοπική αγωγή, αντισταμινικό ή άλλη θεραπεία.
