Πότε μπορώ να σηκώνω βάρη μετά από ρομποτική επέμβαση βουβωνοκήλης;

Καλησπέρα σας. Έκανα επέμβαση αμφο βουβωνοκήλης και ομφαλοκήλης ρομποτικά με την τεχνική etep σε ιδιωτικό νοσοκομείο στις 21/05/25. Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά σύμφωνα με τον γιατρό μου. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω επειδή η εργασία μου είναι χειρωνακτική και προϋποθέτει άρση βάρους σε καθημερινή βάση 15 κιλά μίνιμουμ με 20 κιλά μάξιμουμ, μετά από πόσο χρονικό διάστημα μπορώ να επιστρέψω στην εργασία μου και να σηκώνω τα παραπάνω κιλά με απόλυτη ασφάλεια χωρίς να υπάρχει ο κίνδυνος κάποιας υποτροπής?
