Πόνος και πρήξιμο δεξιού όρχι μετά εγχείρηση βουβωνοκήλης με μεταλλικά ράμματα μετά 2 εβδομάδες

Καλησπέρα σας. Έκανα εγχείρηση βουβωνοκήλης (όχι λαπαροσκοπικά) δεξιά πριν 2 εβδομάδες. Συνεχίζω να πονάω και εσωτερικά και ο δεξιός όρχις είναι λίγο πρησμένος και σηκωμένος πάνω. Όταν κάθομαι πονάω αλλά και όταν περπατώ επίσης και γενικά αν και έχουν περάσει 2 εβδομάδες έχω περίπου την ίδια αίσθηση που είχα πριν το χειρουργείο (σαν να έχω κήλη ακόμα). Επίσης τα ράμματα είναι μεταλλικά συρραπτικά. Να επηρεάζουν και αυτά σε όλο αυτό που νιώθω?
