Μπορώ να κάνω μονόζυγο και push-ups με μικρή λιποβουβωνοκήλη;
γεια σας μου βρήκαν τυχαία σε μια αξονική ότι έχω μια μικρή λιποβουβωνοκήλη. Μπορώ να ακούμαι κανονικά? και αναφέρομαι κυρίως σε ασκήσεις στο μονόζυγο push ups και κοιλιακούς, και λίγο όργανα.
