Γεια σας είμαι γυναίκα και έκανα λαπαροσκοπική επέμβαση ομφαλοκήλης πριν τρεις μήνες και κουβάλησα μια ημέρα πολύ μεγάλο βάρος για ένα χιλιόμετρο μπορεί να έπαθα κάτι?

Η άρση βάρους από μόνη της, ειδικά τρεις μήνες μετά την επέμβαση, λογικά δεν αρκεί να προκαλέσει κάποια ζημιά. Υπάρχουν όμως πολλοί παράγοντες οι οποίοι μπορεί να επιρρεάσουν την πιθανότητα εμφάνισης υποτροπής, όπως κάπνισμα και σημαντική αύξηση του σωματικού βάρους.
