Τι να κάνουμε αν η βουβωνοκήλη του μωρού 1,5 μηνών εξαφανίστηκε πριν την εγχείρηση;
Έχω ενα μωράκι ενάμιση μηνων και εντοπίστηκε βουβουνοκιλη στην δεξιά πλευρα μας είπαν χρειάζεται εγχείρηση μετα από 3 μέρες έφυγε η βουβουνοκιλη τι να κάνουμε ;;

Η θεραπεία της βουβωνοκήλης είναι χειρουργική γιατί υπάρχει κίνδυνος περισφιξης

Έχει σημασια αν είναι επικοινωνούσα με την κοιλιά 'η όχι. Στην πρώτη περίπτωση θέλει χειρουργείο. Αν εξαφανίστηκε σημαίνει ότι μάλλον είναι επικοινωνούσα και θα ξαναεμφανιστεί. Η μη επικοινωνούσα εξαφανίζεται σιγά σιγά, καθώς απορροφάται το υγρό και δεν ξαναεμφανίζεται, αφού δεν υπάρχει επικοινωνία με την κοιλιά. Συνεπώς μάλλον χρειάζεται χειρουργειο στη δική σας περίπτωση. Θα κριθεί στις επόμενες επανεξετάσεις του μωρου
