Ανησυχία για υποτροπή μετά από ανοιχτό χειρουργείο βουβωνοκήλης με πλέγμα;

Καλησπέρα. Έκανα πριν 5 μέρες ανοιχτό χειρουργείο για αποκατάσταση βουβωνοκήλης με πλέγμα. Απλά έχω αγχωθεί στο γεγονός ότι με την λαπαροσκοπική προσέγγιση το πλέγμα μπαίνει στο κάτω μέρος της τρύπας που βγαίνει το έντερο οπότε απορροφά καλύτερα την πίεση σε σχέση με την ανοιχτή μέθοδο που το πλέγμα μπαίνει στο πάνω μέρος. Να ανησυχώ για μελλοντική υποτροπή ή δεν ισχύει; Ευχαριστώ.
