Χρόνιος πόνος αυχένα, Α6-Α7: Αντιμετώπιση ή χειρουργική λύση;
Καλησπέρα σας, Διαγνώστηκα πριν 4 χρόνια μέσω μαγνητικής με κήλη στον αυχένα Α6-Α7, μετά από έντονο πόνο. Έκτοτε δεν είχα πάλι πολύ ισχυρό επεισόδιο πόνου. 2 μήνες νωρίτερα, και μετά από περίπου 4 χρόνια με έπιασε οξύς πόνος, ο οποίος αντιμετωπίστηκε με χάπια (Norgesic, Acroxia). Τώρα με έπιασε πάλι και Υποφέρω από πολύ δυνατούς πόνους στον αυχένα όπου πλέον υπάρχουν και στο χέρι, υπάρχει μια δυσκολία κινήσεων αλλά όχι αδυναμία μυών. Ξεκίνησα αγωγή με Palexia, Acroxil. Τι συμβουλεύεται αγωγή ή χειρουργείο; Με Εκτίμηση.

Αν υπάρχει αλλαγή ή επιδείνωση, θα πρέπει να επαναληφθεί η μαγνητική τομογραφία ώστε να διευκρινιστεί αν η δισκοκηλη είναι αυτή που σας "προκαλεί" τον πόνο στο χέρι
