Τι να κάνω για μούδιασμα χεριού, πόνο και άγχος χωρίς μαγνητική;

παθαίνω πολλές κρίσεις έχω πολύ άγχος.μου έχει εμφανιστεί εδώ και καιρό μουδιάσμα στο χέρι και πηγαίνει και λίγο στο πόδι.κουβαλούσα αρκετά βαρύ γιατί δούλευα χρόνια σε κουζίνα και στο χέρι έχω και πόνο.δεν ξέρω τι πρέπει να κάνω και φοβάμαι.είναι πολύ πιθανό πως έχω κύλες γιατί πονάω πολύ καθημερινά μερικές φορές δε μπορώ να σηκωθώ εύκολα αλλά φοβάμαι να κάνω μαγνητική.δε ξέρω αν υπάρχει κάποιος άλλος τρόπος.
