Πως να αντιμετωπίσω μουδιάσματα σε δάχτυλα λόγω δισκοκήλης χωρίς φάρμακα;
Καλησπέρα σας! Μουδιάζει ελαφρώς το μεσαίο δάχτυλο του δεξιού χεριού μου και το τρίτο και τέταρτο δάχτυλο του δεξιού ποδιού μου. Έχω 2 δισκοκήλες στην οσφυική μοίρα και μία στον αυχένα. Υπάρχει μόνιμο μπλοκάρισμα στη δεξιά πλευρά του αυχένα μου και όταν κάθομαι πολύ ώρα πρήζεται και η δεξιά μου γάμπα. Όταν σηκωθώ και περπατήσω σταδιακά υποχωρεί. Τα μουδιάσματα μου παρουσιάστηκαν περίπου πριν 2 εβδομάδες. Πως μπορούν ν΄αντιμετωπιστούν χωρίς φάρμακα;; Ευχαριστώ
